the vibe

You’re standing at the edge of something wildly different.

the kind of career (and life) that doesn’t fit into tidy LinkedIn boxes.

It’s that liminal stretch where one chapter feels complete, and another keeps whispering, “there’s more.”

For years, you’ve done everything right … followed the path, delivered, achieved, built the security.

And yet, something in you is stirring.

It’s the part that’s always questioned the way things have to be.

The part that craves more aliveness, more space, more meaning. The kind that can’t be measured in titles and paychecks.

You don’t just want a different job.
You want a life with room to breathe, to play, to create, to rest without guilt.

But between you and that vision is a thousand “what ifs”:

  • What if the steady paycheck disappears?

  • What if I work twice as hard and still can’t make it work?

  • What if I’m not cut out for it?

That voice loves to keep you circling.

Now imagine this instead:

Waking up on a Tuesday and realizing your mornings are your own. You make your coffee slowly. You open your laptop (or sketchbook, or journal, or lesson plan) knowing exactly what you’re working toward. Not because someone handed you a goal, but because you designed it. You designed a work life that you’re absolutely obsessed with.

Your work no longer drains you, it feeds you.

It spills over into kitchen dance-offs, after-school pickup chats, and walks in the woods that used to be squeezed between meetings.

That’s what The Shift is about:

It’s learning how to trust your own timing, stretch into the unknown, and build a work life that energizes you, so your whole life expands with it.

my approach

Most coaching misses the mark. It focuses on mindset or strategy, treating change as something you can “think your way into.”

Big pivots require an identity-level shift.

Because you can’t build a free, fulfilling life from the same identity that’s obsessed with control, certainty, and keeping everyone else happy.

The women I work with are ready to shed the good girl who plays by the rules —the one who’s built her worth on being dependable, pleasing, and prepared for every outcome.

And they’re learning to become the kind of woman who trusts herself enough to dance with uncertainty, to make bold moves, set clean boundaries, and take risks without burning out.

That’s what The Shift really is: the inner recalibration that makes outer reinvention possible.

Yes, we’ll work on mindset: the stories that keep you looping.

Yes, we’ll map out strategy: tangible next steps toward what’s next.

But the real transformation happens when you start being the woman who can hold the freedom, flexibility, and aliveness you’ve been craving.

In our work together, we’ll get deeply personal.

We’ll explore your values, your energy, your vision, your quirks (all the things that make you you!), so that your next chapter isn’t just another “smart career move”.

We’ll gently unwind the patterns: the people-pleasing, perfectionism, the need to “get it right”, and build the inner steadiness to act even when things feel uncertain.

You’ll learn to regulate your body, listen to your intuition, and trust your own timing.

And because this isn’t just about work, we’ll look at the whole ecosystem:

Your relationships, your money, your time, your sense of self, so your career shift actually supports your life, not consumes it.

My approach weaves together mindset, somatic awareness, and grounded strategy - all backed by cognitive behavioral psychology and neuroscience (because yes, your girl is a total nerd at heart).

meet your coach

Hi there.

By this point, you might be thinking, “Yes, this all sounds well and good… but why Ashley?”

Because I’ve lived this work.

I spent over a decade grinding in New York’s agencies and startups. The first one in, last one out mentality made me successful on paper — but constantly wearing a mask left me anxious, disconnected, and eventually, burned out.

I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside but secretly feel like you’re living someone else’s script.

I know the fear of making the “wrong move,” and the deep relief of finally finding a path that fits.

For years (yes, you read that right…years plural) I hovered in the space between craving change and convincing myself I should just be grateful for what I had.

When I finally stopped ignoring the quiet voice that said “there’s more,” I found my way into coaching, first with teams inside large corporations, and eventually one-on-one with women like you, where the work feels the most deep and alive.

Now I weave everything I’ve learned: leadership coaching, agile development, yoga, breathwork, and neuroscience into a grounded, embodied approach.

Because reinvention isn’t theoretical for me; it’s personal.

And when I’m not working, you’ll find me outside as much as possible, splitting time between Berlin and the Azores, raising a little one, and drinking far too much matcha.

a wee disclaimer

I like to say this work feels a little like therapy sometimes, but just to be clear, I’m not a therapist. If what you need is medical support, diagnosis, or therapy, a licensed professional is the right path (and I’m happy to point you in the right direction).

the program

the shift is a 4-month one-to-one journey.

Part coaching. Part mentorship. Fully transformational.

We’ll move through an embodied framework that blends inner work and outer action because clarity without action is just theory, and action without alignment leads to burnout.

  • Every leap starts with steady ground.

Before we move into reinvention, we build your foundation: resourcing your energy, money, time, and support systems so the leap ahead feels solid, not shocking.

You’ll learn to create safety in your body through regulation and consistency, to build self-trust through routines that actually feel good to you, and to design structure that works with your natural rhythms instead of against them.

  • Remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

We’ll uncover your values, vision, and core identity so decisions stop feeling like coin tosses. You’ll start seeing where your energy actually wants to go — and what’s been keeping you from trusting it.

  • This is where we loosen the old patterns - perfectionism, people-pleasing, scarcity - not by force, but through awareness, body regulation, and lived experimentation.

You’ll begin to act as the woman you’re becoming, not the one you’ve been protecting.

  • Here we bring everything into motion. You’ll design and test real-world experiments (projects, offers, collaborations, or transitions) that give you direct feedback and momentum.

Each step builds self-trust and confidence through experience, not theory, so your reinvention sticks.

apply for the shift

you’ll walk away with…

✺ Clarity about what you actually want (not just what you should do).

✺ Confidence to make aligned decisions, even when the next step feels uncertain.

✺ Resilience to meet change without letting fear or doubt take the wheel.

✺ Systems, practices, and boundaries that regulate your energy and make change sustainable.

✺ Self-trust as your grounded inner compass, so you can navigate transitions without spiraling.

✺ A personal blueprint for your next chapter, built around what you actually love and do best, not what looks good on paper.

✺ Tangible career direction: whether that’s testing a new offer, pivoting industries, launching a solo project, or reshaping your current role to fit you better.

✺ A renewed sense of energy, purpose, and time. Because when your work finally fits, it fuels everything else you love.

✺ And most importantly: a life that excites you and creates space for the people, projects, and experiences you’ve been filing under “when I have time.”

Is it a fit?

This IS for you if…

  • ✺You know you’re not here to live by the old script. But at 3 a.m., your mind still runs through a carousel of “what ifs”: What if I fail? What if people judge me? What if the life I want isn’t even possible?”

✺You catch yourself saying, “I’ll start once everything’s in place”, once you’ve taken one more course or organized your bullet journal ideas, while life passes in drafts and half-plans. (And you watch your hard earned savings dwindle)

✺ You’ve highlighted every other line in The Artist’s Way and The Body Keeps the Score, but still feel a gap between insight and action.

✺ You’ve been busy making everyone else happy, but when someone asks, “What do you want?” you draw a blank.

This is NOT for you if…

  • ✖️ You want a quick fix, a routine tweak or three-step hack to make everything fall into place.

✖️ You’d rather stay on the surface than look under the hood at the patterns keeping you stuck.

✖️ You’re chasing status or titles more than you’re seeking alignment.

✖️ You want a “done-for-you” roadmap instead of experimenting, adjusting, and learning your own way forward.

application process

Doors are open.

This February 2026, I’m opening my books to work 1:1 with a small group of women — and there are 4 spots left.

I keep my client load intentionally small so each woman receives the depth, focus, and personal support she deserves.

Once those spots are filled, my books won’t open again until Spring.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Apply. Fill out the application form. The more context you share, the more value I can bring into our Clarity Call.

Step 2: Connect. If it feels like a potential fit, we’ll schedule a 60-minute Clarity Call, a free session where you’ll walk away with a personalized audit of where you’re at, a taste of my approach, and space to ask anything on your mind.

Step 3: Begin. If it’s a full-body yes for both of us, we’ll get you settled and ready to begin in February.

Let's do this!

the specifics

Our time together includes:

A 4-month immersive container designed to combine theory, practice, and real-world experimentation.

  • 75-min weekly calls (online) — where we focus on action, experimentation, and embodying your next-level identity.

  • Guided prep sessions — delivered between calls to cover the theory, frameworks, and concepts, so our live time is all about implementation and action.

  • Integration exercises & embodied practices — including mindful meditations, breathwork, and resourcing tools to help you ground, build self-trust, and expand capacity between sessions.

  • Weekly vibe check survey — a quick reflection on your energy, wins, and challenges. I use AI to track your progress over time, so you can see your growth in real-time and celebrate milestones along the way.

  • Dedicated Notion portal — houses all exercises, meditations, surveys, and insights, so nothing gets lost and you can track your progress. Wins, breakthroughs, and reflections are celebrated here too.

  • Miro workshops — collaborative whiteboarding to map your values, vision, and experiments visually, making ideas tangible and actionable.

FAQ

  • This isn’t your run of the mill coaching where we just talk, talk, talk. Prior to each session you’ll get prep materials, so we can jump straight into the heart of the work when we’re together. Think of each 75 min session as a hands-on workshop. I favor visual learning, so we’ll be whiteboarding and connecting dots in real time.

Within each session we’ll ground with various breathwork and somatic body awareness practices. We’ll reflect, pull insights to the surface, and complete exercises that give you something to hold on to. We’ll end with action.

After each session, you’ll get a recap of notes and some independent exercises and actions to keep momentum going.

  • This work is about real, lasting transformation, the kind that starts from within and ripples outward. There’s no quick fix for identity-level change, but small internal shifts, practiced consistently, often lead to big external changes over time.

We also build in time to explore and test-pilot what I call career seedlings, early ideas, instincts, or directions that feel meaningful but aren’t fully formed yet. This phase is about experimentation and feedback, not perfection. It takes time to explore what has real potential, what feels aligned in practice (not just in theory), and what’s worth growing. That’s a big part of why this process can’t be rushed.

  • You can expect to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself within the first few weeks. As we continue, you’ll start noticing real shifts in how you make decisions, how you relate to yourself, and how you move through the world.

We also use a weekly reflection process to track your insights and momentum, so your progress is steady and visible, not just measured by what’s most recent.

This kind of growth takes time (typically 6 to 12 months) but that’s because it’s real. It’s not about overnight breakthroughs; it’s about building something that holds.

  • I get it we’re all short on time.

But I truly, deeply, whole heartedly believe that the more you put in, the more you’ll get out (and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way)!

And good news! A big part of this program is understanding our energetic capacity, building support systems to sustain it, but also gently stretch it.

Okay, now to answer your question :)

We’ll meet weekly for 75-minute sessions.

Between sessions, you’ll have optional reflection practices, light prep materials (like a short podcast, blog post, or video), actions to help you integrate what we explore, and a quick weekly check-in to track your momentum.

On average, you can expect to spend about 1–2 hours per week, depending on the week and how deep you want to go.

This work is designed to support your real life, not take it over. Promise!

  • I’ll be there to guide you, challenge you, reflect your blind spots, and hold a grounded, supportive container. You’ll have structure, accountability, and a space that’s built for your growth. And you’ll be doing the real work, especially between sessions.

Our work will weave together deep transformation and playful exploration. I’ll bring tender curiosity and I’ll also lovingly challenge you when it’s needed.

  • Life happens. Trust me, I get it (I’m a mom). That’s why I offer a one-time grace policy for those unavoidable emergencies or last-minute conflicts. Beyond that, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

We’ll do our best to find a new time within the same week. If a session isn’t rescheduled within the month, it will be considered forfeited.

Please note that it is mandatory that all sessions are complete within the coaching container.

This policy helps protect the integrity of the container and keeps us both in momentum, while still leaving space for real life.

  • Because coaching is a high-touch commitment, I don’t offer refunds once we begin. However, I encourage questions before you sign up so you can feel fully confident in your decision.
